This allows customers to login to post tickets & requests. Custom built for the telecom sector, with multiple sections and custom fields for each, it supports unlimited notes and attachments and contains a powerful search system. Powered by an online admin module, it allows easy access to operators to manage their own tickets. Integration with other systems is managed via an API module.
The portal allows customers to view their invoices and mobile / data / voice traffic details. It has hundreds of reports built-in and manages hundreds of gigabytes of data.
A user friendly interface with mobile providers allowing users to execute all sort of commands: look up numbers and SIMs; operate SIM changes; port in / out numbers; add and remove bars; add and remove other services; disconnection requests; add and remove bolt-ons; number transfers and tariff changes. Powered by an administration module with visibility of the entire database and with an API module that connects to the rest of the systems.
This fetches and handles CDRS files for Total and its partners, sending usage (cost and volume) alerts when thresholds have been exceeded. It operates with mobile operators (UK and roaming data) and fixed line ones.
The glue that links all systems together, this is the frontgate where customer can login and access all their accounts, with a universal login.
